Costa has launched a new look ‘metropolitan’ store concept to cater specifically for urban customers,
the aim being to strengthen the message about their coffee and to make this a key point of the
interiors and the customer journey. Working alongside architects Stiff + Trevillion, we produced
the interior graphics for all the wall spaces.

What we have achieved

The revolutionary step change in design contributed to Costa winning the British Council of
Shopping Centres Gold Award in December 2010 for the new store on Great Portland Street
against stiff opposition including the refit of the Apple store in Covent Garden.
